Price on 09 E93 CPO

Hey guys, first post here - looking to soon be a first time BMW owner.

I'm looking a 2009 E93 convertible 335i, fully loaded, 50k miles with CPO.
The car has Premium, Sports, Nav, Heated seats.

Single Owner, Lease Return.

The dealer wants $36k + taxes for the car. How does that sound to you guys?
Input appreciated, thanks!

33,000+ttl...this should be more than enough... You prob have like 2 year CPO left after purchasing that extra could buy a extend...

Yeah try and go as low as you can knowing that through negotiating you'll meet somewhere in the middle. And the 335i is such a sweat car, in any flavor you're going to love it.

You can do better because of the miles. If you want to spend that much search for a lower mileage car. They are out there as a lot of verts are someone's weekend only/summer ride.

great input folks, thanks!

I was thinking along the same lines, 36k is probably 2-3k over what I should pay for that car, given that its a lease return with such high mileage. Also, I'm usually worried about lease returns, as several people treat their leased cars like rentals and drive them around like crap.

I'd continue to negotiate with the dealer and let you guys know what comes of it.

apparently the deal at 36k was too good to pass upon for the avg joe. someone walked and in picked up the car from the dealership before I could!

the search for another now continues..
