Should I be concerned?

So I have KW V2s. There is a particular road in my area which I try to avoid that isn't very kind. I took a picture of my coilovers and the black piece is completely broken on both the driver's side and passengers side. The rear shocks are fine. Should I be concerned about the broken piece?

Hey Arc,
I have V2's also and have the same issue on my front passenger side. They came this way as I got them used and when I had them installed at LTBMW they said that there is no functional issue with them.

The only irritation I have is that the broken plastic piece seems to click because it's hitting the spring whenever I go over bumps or up driveways at angles. It's really noticeable and keeps me awake at night, but otherwise everything is fine.

If you bought these new and still have the receipt, KW has a lifetime warranty so see if you can get this exchanged out maybe...

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the response. I had my car up so I was able to remove the pieces in between. If I find the receipt I'll inquire KW about it, but I doubt they will do anything.
