Wheel lock?

When I first got my car all the lug bolts looked like this:

With one different. Why is one different anyways?

This past friday I brought my car in for oil change and software upgrade also had to get my driver side rear tire replaced.
I looked at my wheels today and my driver side front lug bolts has one different. It looks like this:

All the other 3 wheels has the same lug bolts as the first picture. It's just the driver side front wheel that has one that is totally different. I did have the driver side front tire replaced once, a couple of months ago. But right after I did wash my car and it wasn't like this.

I know my wheels are dirty.
