Anyone using a Short Shift Kit for 335i
Anyone got a Short Shift Kit fitted to their 335i?
I'm looking into getting one soon but wouldn't mind getting some feedback on the BMW Performance Kit and any other kits that are out there. Cheers G

I just Put a b&m kit in my car. I was about to do the performance stalk but at the last minute got thus one and am very happy with it.
I had the performance knob and found I had to do an upside down hand on 1-2 shifts because of the rearward long throw but now I no longer need to do that |

Cheers guys
Cannot find a B&M supplier for the 335i at the moment and been looking at the BMW Perf item. Also looking at possibly importing either the UUC Evo3 SSK and DSSR http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-18...speed-n54.aspx http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-23...2007-2009.aspx or the Rogue Engineering 'Octane' SSK. http://www.**********s.com/Rogue-Eng...-Shift-Kit.htm

I have got the BM performance one and it makes a big difference. Especially to the 1-2 shift as mentioned. I used to ahve to do the upside down hand and sometimes when really going for it it would catch on the gate for reverse and I would completly miss 2nd. That hasn't happened once with the short shift.

I'm still looking for a proper ssk for the 335i. But not the BMW Performance SSK, as it's not aggressive enough of a change from stock. Only options are: AA, UUC & BMW SSK.
