First thing I would do is jack either your front right or front left all the way up so that one of your rears is completely compressed and see if its rubbing. Try sliding a credit card between the wheel/fender to see if it is rubbing. If it is then get a fender roll. Your set up isn't that aggressive so you shouldn't be rubbing that bad in the first place. You could just be rubbing the plastic inside your fender. If so don't sweat that. Goodluck.

Do u guy think about just cut the inner fender?

Im on 19x9.5 255/30 +40 with no problems at all (Installed just now....) but im putting on 20mm spacer all around next week so i will be cutting the fenders.
Front is 19x8.5 225/35 +35 and 20mm will go on at the same time.

I do "Fenders Rolling" for a hobby and work on stance all day and one thing i learned about BMW....I rather cut the fender than roll since its almost possible to get it prefect.

In that picture above the last area that really freed up room was the body line of where the rear bumper meets the rear quarter. There's a robust piece of plastic there that can be shaved/grinded down to give you more room. It wasnt till the 3rd time around that we found it. They'll have to peel back the wheel well liner.

Took a few pics of my fender today as well...Is there anyway anyone (or Cuban) can help me...To tell me where to roll and also if my rear quarter panel repair looks the same as yours...Please guide me on how to get it rolled...Your help is much appreciated thanks in advance!

1. Picture showing rear fender:

2. Another picture showing rear fender - more clarity on the inside of the fender

3. Pictures showing the paint already chipped/peeled off the fender from rubbing (You can see one of the rivets...its the circle right about in the middle of the fender liner in the picture..There is a total of 4 rivets)

4. Picture looking at the rear bumper to quarter panel connection (Screw for rear bumper goes into here)...Shows the bolt I think Cuban was saying to grind away at..

5. Bolt/connector up close than connects rear bumper and quarter panel

BTW I have taken it twice to LTBMW and both times I went Long told me it couldnt be rolled or cut...He said if he did either it would "split" the quarter panel

If fender rolling isn't an option get narrower tires and add negative camber if needed.

In the third picture down that part needs to be rolled / squeezed so it's almost flat. And to be honest I dont remember ever having a bolt like one in the 4th and 5th picture although I'm not 100%. Was that area ever in an accident?

In the 4th an 5th picture that "bolt" is the one for the rear bumper that connects to the support for the bumper...so you have to probabaly have that it's just hard to recognize from the pictures..

In the 3rd picture I know I have to get that "fender lip" rolled but apparently Long@LTBMW says if we apply pressure to it to get it rolled that it will crack and "split"..so he wouldn't do it..not sure why but it I could get them rolled it would be a godsend..

My toe is at 0.17, within spec. The guys from alignment shop says even if set toe to zero will not solve the problem

I can't believe u rub this bad. I think my fender looks like urs. The fender roll shop inspected my car said I don't have any filler on the fender lip so they r able to roll it. But for the place I am rubbing at they can only roll very little.

What ur tire and rim spec?

I am on stock Sport package rims right now (189) until I figure out something to do with this mess...it's lowered as low as I can get it on KW V2 coilovers..driver side has a lot more clearance than the passenger side that's been repaired..(the one I took pics of)

Stock rims: 8.5" width +37 with 255/35

The rims I'm trying to fit if I can ever get the fender rolled are 19s, 10" wide with +22 offset...Stretched on a 245/35

He did manage to get it rolled today, I'll wait for him to come in with updates.
It looked pretty good from what I saw and he shouldn't be rubbing anymore.

the fenders are rolled, but I don't know why they pulled my fender out a bit.

the end result I am happy, not rubbing and still have space so that I can fit bigger spacers. it just I dont like the pull looking on the outer fender, hopefully I can get used to it

how much strut clearance do you have. This will tell you how thick or thin the spacer can be. In turn it will also tell if you can or can't run this tire setup.

BTW, You should have plenty of strut clearance.

Can you go in detail on how strut clearance effects the size of spacer usage in OP's situation? I would like to increase my spacers but i have like a 6mm gap between my rim and strut. thanks!
