Seems like a fair deal to me, but others may say you paid too much. Welcome to the club and enjoy your new ride!!

Thanks guys! Here's my 09 A5 sold it couple of years ago. Bought an EVO X, then traded it for 08 E90, then pulled the trigger on my 09 M Sport package last night - see pic below.

My A5 was clean but slow and heavy

Wait a sec is that from Pacific BMW? So you're the guy who bought the only 2009 E92 335i with M Sport that I've seen in a while. They didn't even have time to put up pics of the car lol. I'm assuming that the car was built with the M Sport package right?

I'm a sucker for changing cars every year. So I'm hoping I get to keep this for at least 3 years.

Actually bought it from Sterling BMW down in Newport. I had no idea that Pacific had this on their lot - same color? Yeah I got the M Sport package.

Congrats on car bro, I just bought a 08 with 34k miles for 32k. I had a 11 STi sedan before which was great but after few months I felt like it wasn't enough business class for me. I also test drove a brand new A5 before buying my 335 and it felt really slow, only thing I liked about it was it was awd.

WoW! That's a killer deal! Where did you buy it and is it a coupe? Congrats man! You must've bought it from a private party - 2011 335 Msport normally runs $40K +

Interior and controls hands down A5
Performance wise hands down 335i
Looks hands down A5
Value (cpo, warranty, dealer service, etc.) hands down 335i

Congrats on the purchase!

The state of CA must love you and all the sales taxes you've paid recently
