Preliminary testing shows increases of near 20 HP and 10 pound feet of torque. In addition to the hp and torque increases, a weight reduction of approximately 26 lbs over the stock 335i system as an added benefit. Borla produces a very mellow tone, more sporty and distinctive performance sound than the OEM, and does it without the annoying resonance or droning. If you like a loud and obnoxious exhaust, the Borla may not be for you.

We have sold a half dozen kits already. Just a few more kits left in this first batch of systems.

No, it does not. Deleting the secondary set of cats didn't yield much hp or tq gain, approx. 4 ft lbs at the wheels was all we saw on the dyno.
