I believe it requires some cutting of the orginal piping to make it fit. But not too sure about it.

Yeah cutting is done just behind the secondary cats, and resonators are deleted.

I heard there will be a secondary cat delete pipe somewhere down the line which would probably make it completely bolt on from the dp's back.

No ETA on the secondary cat delete pipes at this time. It is still in R&D.

$825 usd plus shipping is a great deal! I don't know how any Borla dealer/distributor can offer the cat-back at such low prices! Perhaps all the Borla dealer/distributor in the US could start buying from this Canadian dealer!
