If you're going to get part of your hood clear bra'd, do the whole hood instead
Now that my car is a DD getting 400 miles a week on it going to Broomfield and back on I-25, the hood is noticeably showing signs of rock chips. I have 24" of my hood done, in hindsight, I should have had the whole hood done.
Oh well, ya live and learn I suppose. But free advice for any newbies wondering what they should invest in on their car here in CO

Yea, but its totally worth it. All the little white dings in the middle of my grey hood are really annoying.

Good advice -- I'm in the same boat as Dackz. Lots of little chips from my 30 mile daily commute. Spend a lot of time trying to dodge big trucks on Santa Fe!
Has anyone had any success touching-up small chips like this? I know I would be too heavy-handed with the touch-up paint and would just make it worse.
