Tire rotation and balancing with All Seasons

I bought my Conti All Seasons back in December and in 6 months, I've already racked up 9,000 miles (that's 13,000 kms??).

Anyways, I was thinking of getting them rotated. Is balancing also recommended when tires are rotated? Then I'll take them to the Altech place that's so popular here on e90post.

I don't think you'll need balancing unless you're feeling vibrations at speed. Just my 2 cents.

^Agreed. Rotating tires wont throw off the balance.

Are you running a square setup?? Keep in mind that if youre running a staggered setup with directional tires, you cant really rotate tires.

I'm with 225/45-17 on all four tires. I'm just a regular office worker who drives his car 5 days to/from work.

Hmm, if there are no issues like excessive noise, vibration or uneven wear, maybe it is not required. Sorry for sloppy iPhone post

Well, these are Continental DWS tires, not RFTs. I always assumed FWD or AWD vehicles demanded rotation?

Maybe if you have a service coming up, ask the BMW SA.

However, on the manufacturer's website 10-12k km:

http://www.conti-online.com/generato...tation_en.html

or just shoot an email to one of the retailers to make sure
