Installing Cobb Tune After Coding

I ordered my Cobb unit recently and am waiting for it to arrive in the mail. I have one question that hasn't been answered on e90post so far (at least I couldn't find it).

I have already coded my car (i-drive warning delete, auto-folding mirrors, etc). Given that Cobb is a flash tune, will it overwrite all of the coding? Will I have to recode my car after installing the Cobb?

Thanks!

EDIT:

My question was answered in the Cobb thread:

Decided not to delete this in case anyone had the question in the future. Mods, please delete if you feel otherwise.
