I think I'd get a different car rather than jump off a bridge.

Have you taken it to the dealer to ask them to fix it? I have a 335 and it doesn't squeak, so I don't know how normal it is.

BMW seriously needs to address this problem.
I've had this problem for over a year now. I took the car in at leat 6 times for this very same reason. They only replaced the brakes and sensors, refused to do anything else. They finally adjusted the E brake but that made things way worse. I'm convinced the problem is what the other person posted up earlier, but that looks to be some work. My solution has been to just not apply my E brake. Since then I havent had an issue, not once damn squeal or squeak, even my brake squeal is gone.

Dont engage the E Brake and you are golden, if your car is a MT then you need to do that DIY.
