Bms intake bracket - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

I just received it in the mail.. Umm where does it go?? Lol

It attaches to the upper left corner of the intake box. Turn the bracket upside down to hook into the two little opening hole and tighten screw. B easier if I can use my phone to post up pic but don't have a computer here at work. I'll try to post it later.

It doesn't really "snap in" or anything... mine kind flopped around in there until the intake was bolted up to it, then the torsion of the intake held it in place. It's secure afterwards.

I have to check my hood out though.. the second time I started the car, I heard a metallic rattle in synch with the starter... I hope it's not the filter hose clamp hitting the bottom of the hood. The intake definitely sits higher with this bracket in place.

Yeah I kinda figured that out..is anyone sick of their intake yet?.. I think the sound of the turbo spooling makes people want to race me all the time..lol

Sometimes haha. My car sounds like darth vader at certain rpms which gets really annoying. If it was just the spool up sound I wouldn't mind it at all.
