2012 Z4 rims on e92?

Will these fit an e92 without issues or spacers ?

Front Wheels - 8JX19 ET:29
Rear Wheels - 9JX19 ET:40

Do you mean these

Yes they will fit, but could use 10-15mm spacer at rear.To make it look better, but will fit without spacers too.

OEM e9x 19" are 19x9 ET37 and 19x9 ET39, so only 1mm more in in the rear and 8mm more out in the front.
