Newbie here having COM problems - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

so im not even past the first part of the setup. after i ad \;C:ENIABAS\Bin and run all that, that step with Device Manager>port>com1... etc. i dont have "PORT" or any kind of "com1" option from device manager. i do, however, get a "K + DSCAN" in the "additional devices" pull-down menu, but there is nothing there i can edit to make NCS EXPERT work correctly.

What am i doing wrong?

Also, is there someone in WA that can coach me to code before Friday?
