Burned 2012 Nav discs not reading

Anyone else have this problem?

I have an 03/07 build date E92 335i. OEM disc works fine. I've tried two different burned discs now, one reads the usual disc found, restart system for 5 minutes but after I turn the car back it reads "enter navigation disc". The other disc doesn't register at all.

Update -

I've tried 5 discs now and now luck.

DVD+R, DVD-R at different burn speeds and different brands and no luck.

Try TDK DVD -RW silver disks. Worked no problem for me. Also burn the ISO image using Windows 7 burn image application.

Honestly I don't even know which disc it was.

I had my GF put it in having zero confidence and it magically worked. Haven't wanted to take it out risking that it won't work again.
