So I'm a bit scared about my mileage

I bought a 2011 msport 335d in 05/11! I'm now at 42k miles on it! No problems yet but I plan to keep this car for at least 5-7 years. In that time I will probably reach near 250 000k miles on it. Should I be worry? I will get the extended warranty but what do D owners have to say? Shall I trust her with all my heart that she won't fail me?
This is my first BMW and my first brand new car. Please D, don't let me down on the road ..... I love you D

You should be fine man but that's a lot of driving! Extended warranty is a must for sure based on how many clicks you put on in a year.

My mom put 200k mi in 6 years with her E46 BMW (I know, not a D, but just for reference). Only 3 major things went wrong, the original clutch went out at 186k, rear diff had to get replaced at 175k (hit a rock), and the ignition coils started messing up at 194k mi.

I wouldn't be too worried about yours if you properly maintain it. I take it you do a lot of highway driving, if so, then your fine.

Watch your turbos, swirl flaps, glow plugs and DPF, these seem to be the most common issues but otherwise, enjoy!!

i would definitely buy the warranty.. i've had 3 bmw 335i, 08 M3 and 335d. honestly you never know and the cost of repairs is amazing. You know what the say pay now or pay later.... I would prefer to only use the dealer $$$$ *not some independent repair shop so I bet one major repair bill would equal the cost of the extended warranty....
