These are in stock ?!? Please confirm I will send the rest of my payment to get it shipped out. One final question-what is the price difference, if any, for the ceramic black tips?

Not in stock just yet but very soon. As soon as they are in stock the pre order price will change to the msrp.

Get your orders in now!

Ceramic black tips is a $150 option.

Hey Andrew... I was wondering your thoughts on running 2 of these on a modified N54 for a quad setup?

I just picked up a stock E9x M3 rear muffler to start with for my exhaust. This is going on my N54 powered E83 X3. Basically the exhaust plans to start are catless downpipes, either a stock N55 center section or custom center with X pipe, and finished with a stock E9x M3 muffler. I want to see how loud that is first before I go nuts. (trying to start off where it's not obnoxiously loud)

So i was thinking, the only thing i'm really unhappy with is the extra weight i'm picking up with the stock M3 muffler. And then I realized how cool it might be to use two of your N52 exhaust setups for my application. It kind of mimics your E9x M3 rear exhausts except with the benefit of no added weight with mufflers. You guys have your excellently tuned "noise cancellation chambers" which is basically all you use on the 135i rear exhaust; no muffler. Obviously it's not plug 'n play; i'm used to that with my project since I'm building a one-off prototype style build after all. But flange/pipe work is no biggie. But I love the adjustable tips and the barely any weight to your setups since there are no mufflers.

What do you think? I'm planning for an overall output of around 450hp (crank).

The hangers would all have to be modified as well as the extra piping.

Well i know that, I'm already there. I meant what do you think about the idea as a whole? Sound/weight/look? Basically it's this or stick with a traditional E9x M3 setup. I have a custom rear bumper that was partially molded with the rear of an M3 along with an M3 Carbon Fiber rear diffuser so the tip placement will be that of the M3, hence the idea of starting with a stock M3 muffler.

That sounds like one hell of an idea! Personally, if you could get it done, do it saves weight, the muffler is extremely ugly on any BMW (imo). You get the perks you want out of it being the adjustable tips and drone canceling chambers, all that really matters is what is the cost difference between between two of AA's or a stock BMW M3 muffler. I don't know much about modifying cars outside of whats made for them specifically but I sure do and support people who do their own thing! Plus it makes your car unique!

Regarding black tips, can there be just black tips that do not cost more?

Update: At this time it looks like there will be a slight delay and exhausts will be shipping out in 3 weeks.
