so are these back to a resonable price around 500...paying more then 500 for an exhaust i think is overkill for just basically a sound mod

While I agree I wouldn't pay more than $500(I didn't) the workmanship and quality on this piece is flawless! So don't expect to get a cheap pipe with crappy weld jobs. I think it's easily worth that price, I love it every day.

Regarding the tips hitting the bumper- when I took a look to adjust the hangers, my guys welded the bolts and what not to the hanger, so now I cannot even adjust the hangers. Well this sucks!

Are you sure? The bolts are welded to the bracket by us. The bracket that is connected to it should slide up and down when the nut is loose.

Never had much drone or complained about it, but my buddy had a huge thing of corks, so I said "gimme some a dem corks!" I shoved 2 giant corks 1 on each hanger and holy crap!! Like I said i never had much drone, but I noticed a huge difference in the vibrations that come around 2-2.5k range. It seems much less intrusive i guess and drone is basically non-existent for me.

I want to put the 2 other corks in there too but things were getting tight. If i can get 2 more in there i can't imagine the effect... the exhaust would probably be unnoticable with the windows up.

In short: If you complain of drone and don't want to adjust your exhaust, I would recommend shoving some corks in the rubber hangers.

OK help me out , I adjust the tips on the AA to a certain length to stick out!!! Everything on the exhaust is tight ,take it for a drive everything heats up the tips end up sticking further out, then once it cools off the tips go back to where I set them.. Does anyone have a clue what's going on???????

Metal expands/contracts as it heats up and cools down. That's normal.

A while back a guy mentioned how this didn't directly fit his N52 325i, has it been confirmed this doesn't fit that car? Also whats the cheapest price you can get this for?

pictures please? I have a bit of drone when driving between 2000 and 2500 rpm. I don't drive in "D" due to this. but I love that there is no throttle lag while driving in "DS"
