BMW Performance Rear Bumper with Aero Diffuser OEM LCI

I replaced my mSport OEM LCI bumper after getting scratched, with a BMW performance rear Bumper and Aero Diffuser

I am considering painting parts of the new diffuser space grey as in PIC 5 from BMW Performance Geneva Show

Msport bumper is for sale

the performance diffuser did not fit on my mSport, although on the BMW USA website it states for msport !@!@

PIC 4 Msport Bumper at body shop OEM LCI e90 for sale
what BMW performance bumper replaced..

Should i paint my Diffuser (PIC 1-2) or leave it be??

Hrm is it me or I don't see a difference with the BMW Performance Rear bumper and the M-sport rear bumper. Shouldn't the BMW Performance diffuser fit directly on to the M-sport bumper??

it can, but considering the fact that the op "got a scratch," he prob replaced it with the oem perf rear kit.

You know I felt same thing

They're actually like 10 mm difference where diffuser enters bumper cover
Feel ripped off by BMW on that part

Or BMW lied to me

But the performance diffuse did not appear to fit msport
Nor when they removed msport diffuser , did performanc diffuser fit


But I remain bewildered why

BMW body insisted that the performance diffuser required the performance rear bumper

They even said upper clip placements were different for both diffusers

When I held the performance diffuser next to msport bumper seemed just slightly incompatible..


If this is otherwise. Please let me know


Their part manager confirmed this as well



Did BMW lie to me ?
