I recommend anyone planning to purchase wheels from BavarianX to be truly confident in that they will be in good hands. I've dealt with Kevin, Lawrence, and especially Brad on a set of Avant Garde M310. These guys were great. I called them for a lot questions and they were always there to pickup their phone right away and answer them for me. Although there was a little bump in the road with the process due to UPS (not their fault), Brad took care of everything for me to ensure I got my wheels. To me, customer service really counts when situations like that happen and they are able to fix it for you, and they did just that. Much appreciated it.
