Without damaging my transfer case...My car is a 2009 with sports package, thanks in advance

Fronts:
19x8.5 +32 and weigh 20lb
235/35/19
General tires 70%

Rears:
19x9.5 +27 and weigh 21.5lb
265/30/19
Nankang tires 90%

Depends on the rolling diameter of the tires. The general rule of thumb is to stay within 1%, but I would feel better if the revs per mile is 3 or less. You'll have to do some math to figure it out.

792 revs/mile for the front

so there seems to be some miscommunication about the rolling diameter. Gary from tirerack said it's not the rev/mi we should be worried about but rather the actual diameters of the front/rear tires.

go to tirerack.com and get your tires added by size then click specs....compare the front overall dia and the rear overall dia. It is said to be at 0.0" difference is ideal, but up to 0.2" is okay.

Wouldn't revs per mile and diameter essentially be getting at the same informaiton? Tirerack measures to tenths of an inch on their diamters, but I would think RPM is a more detailed number since it incorporates the diameter of the tire over the course of a mile. This is why you'll see tires that have the same diameter in terms of inches have different RPM.

Gary's much more knowledgable than me on tires so maybe there's other information I'm not considering.

Front is 25.26 and 25.48 in the rear so the differential would be 0.22"

I don't think .02 is going to hurt much but then again who really knows?

At that point it's a judgment call - I have the Hankook V12 235F/275R which is a 0.1" diff.
