How about us Canadians - can you find out prices for mailing it to Canada (I am in Quebec). As well, for exchange rate (I cannot write US $ checks) do I just use the current conversion rate of my bank ?

canada postage is shown here. you can also go to usps.com to check for yourself. i calculate 1lbs for the shirt. most likely i will use the global priority large envelope. so $7.00 shipping to canada.
