Door Striker

So I was performing this DIY http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=701279 due to crazy wind noise of my e92. I did the drivers door without a hitch, but when I got to the passenger side door the bottom T40 bolt (M8 nut according to the Bentleys service manual) was completely stripped, not the thread, but the teeth so I couldn't loosen it. Anyone know how I can get a new bolt or do I have to take it to the dealership? Below is a picture of the bolt on the striker that I'm talking about.
