I'd use a dyno dynamics in shootout mode if it was me as the results then are at least somewhat comparable to others as the use the same parameters in the test

Although they are not strictly "northside" I can recommend "Silverwater Automotive Services" for a Dyno Dynamics equipped facility or "Tunehouse" for a Dynapak hub dyno facility in Sydney.
