193 wheels and spacers question??

Hey guys I have a question about spacers. I'm about to lower my 2007 E90 on H&R sport springs. I have the BMW 193 wheels currently on the car. I was looking at buying some Burger spacers for the front and rear. I was debating on 10mm or 12mm up front and possibly 18mm in the rear. What do you guy think? Yay or nay? Give me your input and other possible options. Thank you very much and much appreciated.
