First thing, you should update your lighting module. If it does not work, you will require new module.

1- Take all the bulbs out and have a good look at them. Sometimes filament is dying and although it works, but it increases resistance in the circuit, therefore car behaving with fast blink. You will require only 6 bulbs to change. Easiest and cheapest thing to rule out. It can be as simple as it is. 2- If no luck after following step 1, look at coding section for further details, as what sort of equipment and knowledge you would require to update / reset your lighting module. 3- If you are not confident coding yourself, then look for coders in your region. Easiest way is to disable bulb check, and it should restore normal function of indicators. If it does not, then updating / resetting of light module should help you. All the best.
