Alignment question

320si, 63K

Just had a mechanic check car for worn/bent parts. All seem fine. He noticed that front left wheel looks like it has + camber. This probably explains the pulling to the left and general wandering all over the place specially on m'way. Car steers better now that he's put new pas fluid in. Hes found my front falkens to have un-even tread blocks on outer edge on both front wheels.

As my car has done a fair few miles, could it be the worn shocks that are changing the camber? Had it aligned 5 times since i bought it in feb 11.
