2 x Michelin Pilot Super Sport 265/30/19 approx 7k

Selling because I want to run a PSS 255/30/19 as I'm lowered (fenders rolled already). Should be no perfect for 3 Series.

Will entertain offers around $740 for both. May consider swap for PSS in 255/30/19 if the condition is the same or better.

FYI - these are my street tyres. I use separate set of 18s to drag/track the car.

I'll upload some photos shortly. The 19 inch wheel/tyre combo is my dedicated street setup.

I have another set of 18 CSL's w/ RE-11's which I use exclusively for drag/track/skid pan days.

Btw, the car has an 11 in it, just haven't been back since!

you sure 255s will be rubfree? what 19" wheels are you on?

I'm planning on running a 19 x 9.5 ET50 in the rear and not sure whether to go 245/35 or 255/30... and I'm lowered too, barely one finger gap.

I'm not 100% certain but it seems like the next logical step for me. I'm using Alufelgen SF-71 19's. The rears are only 9 inch wide and they keep their offsets hush as their perfect for the 1 series. My car is very low though, doubt you could fit a finger in there. It's only rubs occasionally when I have more than one passenger, I'm sure if I raised the car slightly it wouldn't be an issue, ever. I've compared tire widths on tirerack and the 255 seems like a better fit for the 1 series.

I just threw this feeler out there in case anyone was interested, I know the 265/30/19 are ideal for the 3 series. Someone might be interested in having a spare set of rears or possibly upgrade their 255/30/19 PSS in a swap. If nothing comes of it I'll hang onto them as they're a fantastic tyre. The 19s are no longer at the car and I'm running 18's right now so they are not accumulating any km's.

Which wheels are you planning to run in that size/offset?

The SF-71 19 x 9 came in ET48.

18" Track wheels:
F: 18 x 8.5 ET45 w/ 225/40/18
R: 18 x 9.5 ET62 w/ 265/35/18 (note the high offset rear to allow for 265s)

My 19" street wheels will be GTCs:
F: 19 x 8.5 ET 45 w/ 225/35/19
R: 19 x 9.5 ET 50 w/ 255/30/19 OR 245/35/19

Ok cool. I thought Alufelgen never released the official offsets or that they were never confirmed.

Do you think it's possible to run a 265/30/19 on the GTC 19 x 9.5 ET 50 with a lowered car? How would it compare to the SF71 19 x 9 ET 48?

I thought Alufelgen offsets were always published so not sure on that one.

But with the GTC wheel you'll have less clearance on the outside/guard side (4mm) and less on the strut side (8mm)... so even less chance of running a 265.

The only way you could run a 265 is if it was a Falken Fk452 with its really round sidewall but that defeats the purpose of going from 255 -> 265 in the search for extra grip cause those tyres are sh.it

Unless you go 9.5 ET62 (which can run a 265) I'd stick to 255. Even then, whilst I know 9.5 ET50 255/35/18 works in 18" setup I'm not sure on 19s, hence I'm considering the 245/35/19 route ...
I'll test it out and let you know how I go

Haha no pressure or anything! It's strange that I've only dragged the car 4 times ever over the 3.5 years of ownership. Hopefully next time I'm out I there I run a 11.999, I would be stoked with that
