Anyone interested in CODING? I've got a cable from Mike Benvo (BPMSport).

His offer is $200 if we can get 3 people or more to do it. That's cheaper than last go around!

Two hundred bucks gets you EVERYTHING (ALL coding features, except BMW Live, or Internet) -

Coding/Individualization
- EURO MDM mode! (E9x M3/ E6x M5/ E6x M6)
- Video In Motion (CIC iDrive models only)
- Remove BulbCheck errors (for HID/LED or aftermarket lighting retrofits)
- Windshield Wipers complete full cycle when ignition is shut off
- Remove Ignition/Door gong
- Remove iDrive [ACCEPT] screen
- Remove Seatbelt warning gong for Driver, Passenger or both Driver/Passenger (light remains on dash)
- Unlock doors when key is ejected
- A/C off when Auto Climate is pressed
- Auto Sunroof close when rain is detected
- Open/Close windows with Key FOB
- Open/Close Windows with Comfort Access
- Open/Close Convertible Top with Key FOB
- AutoFolding Mirrors
- Change Low Fuel Warning from 1/4 tank to 1/8 tank
- Remove CityLights (Amber sidemarkers)
- Enable FogLamps with High Beams
- Factory Angel Eye Brightness Coding! Make it whiter and brighter! (2009-13 only)
- Disable Window Safety Feature (allows windows to continue rolling up while door is open)
- Enable Digital Speedometer in OLED gauge cluster
- Enable/Disable auto-correction for Digital Speedometer/MPG
- Euro Hazard Lamps (double flash vs US single flash)
- Triple Blink turn signals
- Mirror Curb tilt
- Automatic Door Locking
- Auto Trunk/Tailgate Closing
- LCI retrofit
- Alarm retrofit
- Complimentary fault code reading and clearing
- Freeze frame on-board data (max rpm, times to redline, max speed, etc)

Descriptions here - http://bpmsport.com/Coding.pdf
I'd do this for $200!!

I only want my corner lights off, but if coding is $200 for each car then I'll just leave them on.

$50/ea item, so doing the whole car and getting everything is certainly the way to go.

Only need 1 spot in the garage, for the car being coded. One at a time. Assembly line action.

Why would you go thru the heart ache, pain, and risk of messing with your car (!), when you could have the best BMW coder (arguably, of course, but my honest opinion)** do EVERYTHING (proven method/code) for two hundred bucks? Did I mention it's everything?? (no disrespect!)

Perhaps others who've had the coding done could chime in on the experience.
nsanbyker (jay), and babino.

** I get nothing from selling Mike's services, btw. We've become friends only thru my professional dealings/relationship with him. I've seen his work, and it's UNMATCHED. Truly. His performance tunes are even more impressive.

I am not committed yet. I don't have $200 to spend on coding .

$50 just to code the corners, and this is the group price? Sounds a little like the Comcast "buy the bundle or take the shaft" price plan.

Let me know how it turns out Dreiser, I've also got an e92.

There's no shaft involved. Nobody is getting ripped off. Participate or don't. Please don't bash on the offer. We're a close group of local enthusiasts on this thread. It's a very fair price. Find another coder, with comparable reputation, to code a single item for less than $50. My recommendation is to do the whole thing while you're connected and talking to Mike, rather than doing a single item. It takes just about as much time (about 1/2 as long, I'd estimate) and attention to code a single item as it does to code everything. I assume you can understand this, from a time/cost point of view?

Welcome to the board.

I was just making a joke, hence the Comcast reference. I'll use one of these next time.

No harm it is quite difficult to sense sarcasm over text. I know this quite well.
