Trying to plan for the majority is an easy way to find failure.

You're best bet is to just set a date that doesn't have a lot of known conflicts and give people amble time to plan for it (3 weeks at least). Then just let the chips fall where they may.

You'll never get everyone there, the key is to plan so that you avoid no one showing up...

I'd have to double check but I think I know a company that can do it safely for about 800-900 if you were still interested in that route. I would have to make a few phone calls though.

It cost me $1300 to ship my honda in 2008 from MS to UT and thats when gas prices were cheaper!

I did say that. Youre right. That was because I was going to do another plastic surgery in January and needed 4 weeks to heal before moving to CA but after my interview I decided to just go ahead and put that off for a little while longer and make the move ASAP.
