Is the alarm from build dates later than 3/09 different?

if I come by tischer (you're in Silver Spring, yeah?), what will be the total cost for installed alarm? $230? Do I get a new key fob, or some way to manually trigger the alarm (i.e. the "panic" button?)

You can order the Alarm kit through the site and select the "Local Pick-up" option when checking out - then give our service department a call @ 301-890-3000 x4660 for a labor quote for installation. The OEM alarm works with your factory remote fob.

Thanks!

Most dealerships will charge between $100-200 and tell you what a horrible ordeal it is to update the car and how much work it is. Tishcer has wonder prices and great customer service...I buy all my parts from them.

mint I have the latest software had update last week! what exactly does this system do? i.e motion touch etc. immobilize?

Is there a different link for the $230 price listed in the post? The website has it at a higher price.

Only the newer 09 cars are not prewired. You are prewired. Get the alarm, install it, then go to the dealer to activate. Im about to order my alarm any day now.

My alarm came yesterday and I installed it today, very simple install! Now time to hunt down the lowest price to get it activated.
