**************** | PnP HID Fog kit Review

What's up guys!

I wanted to make a quick review on the 8000k H11 HID fog kit I recently purchased from Danny, owner of UndergroundEuro's. I have to say, I was looking for a kit that would be a plug-and-play install, have a color that would match my OSS AE's, and look OEM at the same time. This HID fit all of my needs, and came at a great price point.

UndergroundEuro's is local to me, which is good considering I didn't have to wait for any of the products to get shipped and could install it quicker . Danny's customer service was phenomenal, if I wasn't satisfied for some reason with the product, he would take it back no questions asked. He was very helpful in determining which kit would fit my needs best, so if you want a kit to match LUX, MTEC, or any other AE kit he will be sure to find the right one.

Installation of this kit is as easy as taking out your stock bulb, connecting the ballast to the connector on the car, and inserting the HID bulb. It literally takes 10 minutes to do. I have no errors, flickering, or any issues whatsoever, and this was very important to me considering I didn't want to have to splice wires, solder anything, or wire in capacitors like some of the cheaper kits. Very high quality and reccomended.

Enough talking, the pictures tell it for themselves. I will be sure to update the thread with some night shots later on, if you guys would like me to. These photos were taken in South Florida mid-day sun, so keep that in mind.

Thats it for now!

What year is your car? Also I have the LS3s which are similar to OSS but not sure if mine are a bit more purple rather than bluish. Are yours more purplish or bluish? I haven't found any color that matches the LS3s yet since none have that hint of purple.

Yea, it's a 2008. Your eyes look more purple than mine that's for sure, I don't get why though. Don't they both use the same style rings?

Little bump for those of you that may want to see night-time pictures. The fog's look a little off in color compared to the AE's, but in person they are extremely close in match. I guess I still have to get better at taking pictures with my little D50 Nikon

I mean yeah...the open up the headlights to install the rings. Try renting a car from enterprise or zipcar for a few days if need be...

Is that a fact or hearsay?

I only ask because I have heard it said on other car forums and then people started using the 55w and were perfectly fine.
