H&R Sport Cup Kit Installed
I decided to pick up H&R's Sport Cup Kit about three weeks ago. The install went pretty smoothly and was a nice Saturday afternoon project. The ride height is aggressively low but does not cause the car to scrape against normal obstacles. With 20mm spacers in the rear the tires do rub over big highway bumps. Not frequently though.
This was an upgrade from my sport package suspension, and I must say the handling is amazing. I have yet to be able to get the car to over steer in a corner with traction control off. The only issue I am having is with the alignment. I tried Tire Kingdom (horrible idea, terrible job) and then Lauderdale BMW. The first time I dropped it off at BMW the steering wheel came back off and the car was pulling pretty hard right. The second time they fixed the steering wheel but said that they would not be able to fix the pulling with this suspension setup. After a lot of searching this seems pretty weird to me. True the kit does add some negative camber but should not prevent a good alignment. Any ideas on a fix?

Can you post the alignment sheet listing the camber, toe, etc? We need to see that to offer exact advice.
Alignment specs are correctable to an extent but that is all; typically the adjustment range is inadequate for lowered cars.

Like an idiot, I did not request the sheets because I assumed the dealer would get it right the first time. I will try to get a redo done and request the specs.

Got the alignment sheet today. Actually, this is the first time I have ever gone to a dealership for an alignment since I started modding cars. Of course, I was using shops in SoCal before not South Florida.
Besides the camber being a bit high in the rear, nothing seems out of spec. Anybody else see an issue? ![]()

Specs look 100% fine to me ... and the car still pulls right. That's puzzling. Normally an alignment would be rather revealing about the issue. I doubt it's your wheels/tires as if they were bent weren't balanced correctly, there would be vibration at speed.
Anyone have an idea of what's going on?

I agree. Conti Extreme DWs on stock 161s less than 10k miles. The car has 90k miles on it.

Possibly. Have you asked in your regional forum about any good shops you could visit?

Are the wheels tucked or there is some wheel gap? Wanted to go this route as opposed to the oem sport suspension. But NYC streets are a disaster and I don't want to sacrifice ride quality for a slammed look.
