Maybe it's too early to post this
I guess that I need more patience
but I really don't like the situation right now.
I order a set of KONi SHOCKS form supremepower last week
Chris PM me that they were going to ship my order on last Friday
after he called to verify my debit card,Chris PM me said that my shipping address is not match with my debit card.
He can't ship my order.
however, I just use this card to purchase somthing before and without any problem.
but I call my Bank to verify my shipping address again.
My Bank also told my the amount of money which I paid for my KONI shocks has been charged.
So I PM Chris my shipping address again and told him that he already got my money.
on this monday,Chris PM me that My order can be shipped
so I PM him to ask him when will my order can be shipped?
but he didn't reply me on monday
after monday I know that they are all at SEMA because I saw that he mentioned this on his F/S section
so I guess that they are probably very busy right now
but I think that he still have access to get online and see my PM since Chris posted something on his for sale section.
so I decided to PM him again to ask him about the status of my order.
stil no reply this time

yesterday I PM Chris again but still no reply so far.
I already paid the money but I HAVE NO IDEA where my order is now

I know that SEMA is a big event.
but I don't think that customer's right should be ignored.
at least he can PM or email me to tell me that the shippment of my order will be delay before they go to SEMA.
I don't think it's too difficult to spend few minutes to reply a email or a PM.
however, he just doesn't reply me anything.
I have to say that I don't like this feeling.

I understand your frustration, but sounds like every bad thing that has happened has had a very legitimate explanation. The debit card precaution was to protect against fraud, and you as the card owner. It could have been refunded, but now that he confirmed the shipping address indeed belongs to you, he'll ship it (Monday). He can't do that when he and/or his help are in Vegas at SEMA.

It's an inconvenience, but I'd just be patient for a few more days.

I have ordered from Eric at Supreme Power lots of times...both sets of PSS9s I have ordered have been from them. I am sure they are just busy at SEMA and being in Vegas they have a hard time figuring out what exactly is going on back in California. Just be patient. Remember, when you put thru an order they put thru an authorization that holds funds in your credit card account..that may be what you have so far.

Not sure who Chirs is, I've always delt with Eric, but I'm sure if Chris is at SEMA, Eric definetely is. After the week I'd give Eric a call, he's super slow on PM's and emails, but if you talk to him on the phone he usually takes care of stuff expeditiously.

I decided to email Chris today Since I think he might doesn't get a chance to see my PM.
he saw my Email and got back to me

also told me the order has been placed with Koni and is going to drop ship to me directly.
Unfortunately they have no way of getting that tracking info to me until Monday.By which time it may have already arrived. Will keep me posted.
Now I feel much better

I should have just Email Chris in the begining

Chris and Eric at Supreme power will take care of you! Just give it time because of Sema. I will guarantee you that Chris is not ignoring you.

BTW, I have some parts at supreme power that I need to pick up as well.
