A/C leaking through center console?

Hey guys, so I was driving and I noticed randomly the a/c was leaking through the center console (between the wood trim and the plastic). The rear A/C vents for the backseat passengers work fine but the a/c vent in the armrest wasn't working. What could the problem be? Maybe the vents got knocked around and aren't aligned anymore? Is there any way I can fix it myself? I know this is very specific haha but maybe someone can show me a DIY to take apart the center console.

(Not my car, just found this image randomly)

This is a very common issue. There is a TSB out for it as well.

Oh well that's good to know I'm not the only one. A TSB? So how can I fix it?
