Plasti Dipped my rims... - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

After contemplating whether to dip my rims or not I finally decided to pull the trigger. Outcome was great love the look, iphone pictures don't do the car justice, it looks way better in person. Do not mind the 335i logo as its not straight. sorry pictures will be big as usual.

Great looking E92 you got there. Not a fan of Black wheels though. Looks perma dirty IMO.

About 3 cans I think no glossfier my next project is painting calipers red and tinting taillights I will probably go back and put a few more coats on when I paint the calipers

ahhhh...i wanna plastidip mines and add a layer of glossifier to make it semi gloss.

PLease reconsider the red caliper. IMO stock caliper in red is somewhat tacky, exterior color matching would look very nice. just IMOIMOIMO.

+1... not only does it look dirty. It looks like a donut from a distance. Can't even tell what wheel design it is.

Just did mine too just to see how it will look. I was tired of machined faced. I was plastic dippin on a budget, did all 4 with just 2 cans

No I wouldn't suggest doing that either. You have a beautiful car. Keep it clean!

there is not writing on the drivers side mirror the sticks are form amazon.
