M3 replica fenders on my 335i

Well I cant say they fit perfect, and these are the only pics I have right now as the car is still at the body shop. The guy who owns the body shop texted me these two pics. The line between the hood and fender is alil more than I like but maybe I can screw the hooks in on my CF hood alil more so it latches lower and helps even the hood and fender? I dunno. What do you guys think of the looks.

The fenders line up real good everywhere else except where the hood is. I think maybe I just need to screw the latches on the hood in alil more to have it sit a tad bit lower

Not bad. I'd say 90% fitment. Take off the M3 part though.

On the side marker? yea I know, any idea where I can buy something to fit in its spot?

Umnitza, and it doesn't bother me really that much but I am pretty anal. I will try and figure out a way to make it alil less noticeable. Like I said I hope its just by screwing in the hooks alil more on the hood.
As you can see in the pic with stock fenders, it looks pretty good but that's also because I opened and closed the hood about 10x after turning the hood hooks 1 turn each time

Also, whats bonnet mean? That UK slang? lol

Bonnet is what you Americans call the hood. Same as Boot is a trunk.

Give the hood a couple hours and it will settle down. I have the same hood and if I leave it open too long it bows in that exact same spot. After a little while closed it will settle

That could explain it, baffles me that the fender fits perfect on all other lines and I had no problem with the stock fender and this CF hood before. But that could very well explain it.

Nothing to worry about. My heart sunk when mine first did it. Couple of hours in the sun and it was flush

Are they wider like the OEM M3 fenders? If they aren't wider I would just go back to OEM. They don't make non M3 gills and without the fenders being wider this is just like putting an M3 badge on the car but now the fitment is slightly off.

I did an OEM conversion and filled the gills, if these ARE wider I'd recommend it as IMHO that's a little tacky. Love the hood though!

I was also planning to replace my fender with this M3 reps. But my bumper is M-tech & it looks better with M3 rep bumper...I'm sure your shop can adjust the gap.

I don't look at it as trying to look like an M3. I like these fenders more than oem so to me it's just an upgrade. They aren't wider like M3 fenders.
Yes the car does look like an M3 in a way but I don't think it's poserish
I need something to go in place of the M3 badge on the markers
