New Windshield has scratches and swirls??

So I had my windshield replaced a couple weeks ago. I finally got around to washing my car. Driving to the track I noticed I didn't clean the inside of the windshield So I grabbed my microfiber while I was driving and started cleaning it. I then I noticed that my windshield looks like it is full of spiderwebs. You can only see it when the light hits it at night at a certain but it is very irritating to drive with. It's an OEM Pilkington glass. Can I correct this or do I have to take it back to safelite?

I use this:

http://www.autogeek.net/dia-glasswork-restorer.html

If that doesn't get it off, you may need to take it to a glass shop for a pro polish

Haha yea should of looked closer but fortunately my other windows have very light swirls so while I'm doing the pair correction, I might hit the windows with it too
