Exclamation Can the i-drive from 07 e92 335i be changed to a more recent one?

Hey y'all,

My apologies if this sounds too basic. I would do some research if i could right now but since i'm helping ppl with the damages of Hurricane Isaac, i don't have much time to do some research.

The i-drive system of the 07 e92 335i sucks and there's no upgrade for the operative system.
I've seen this here in the forum and am wondering if this can fit an 07 335i if changed the interior trim, wires, screen, everything.

It can be done. There are a few vendors here that offer it. It is not a cheap upgrade however.

Sure, it is definitely possible. Please send us an email at info@bimmerretrofit.com, include your VIN# and what you are looking for, and we will tell you exactly what you will need in order to convert your CCC to CIC.

Thank you,

Kate.
