How are your driving habits?

What grade fuel do you use?

Lots of stop and go traffic?

Driving in traffic almost never yields good fuel economy so zero your OBC mpg readout and then take a 50 mile highway cruise at a steady 70~75 mph. If the OBC doesn't read around 28 to 30 mpg for that trip, you have an issue.

That's way too low. Could be the stop and go traffic.

+1. Reset and then try it on a stretch of highway. You're getting the cumulative readout since it was last reset.

That is what I get with my 328IX E91. The best ever was 18.5. 328IX is not known for good gas mileage. But I'm loving this car!
