DIY VRSF Chargepipe & Tial BOV

This is another DIY install for the VRSF Chargepipe and Tial BOV package.

This is the second VRSF chargepipe I have owned and I have yet to be let down by the quality of their parts. The fitment is perfect - VRSF provides a larger o-ring than the OEM, improving the seal at the throttle body for higher boost applications - to my knowledge, they are the only company to do this.

The locking flange to throttle body tolerances have been tightened up over earlier models, so there is no play in that connection.

The Tial BOV flange is seamlessly welded and provides for the perfect seal with the BOV.

Performance wise... it is clear that I am not leaking boost through the BOV. The car is significantly more responsive. Normal "D" drive mode no longer feels like you are dragging an anchor behind you and in sport mode...

Anyway, if you need some instructions on install I have attached a pdf.

I definitely recommend this setup to compliment inlets

Did you change/ drill out the plastic port on the intake manifold? It's suppose to help with air flow and make the Tial BOV sound better when running the 1/4'' vacuum lines.
