Well my OEM charge pipe broke off on tuesday while driving so i ordered a ER but i no longer have the c-clip to secure the ER... Does anyone have an extra c-clip they would be willing to part with by any chance? I spoke to BMW parts but in order to get a c-clip you need the full charge pipe...

That's nonsense.

It's called a Spring clip and it's like 7$ at dealer and 3$ online.
Newbs at parts. Smh.

Hahahahaha do you have a part number and are you sure all the spring clips are the same? I was looking at the part specific to the charge pipe and two different people told me you can't buy it seperate...

I dont have part but I have replaced mine. Walked into dealer and bought it so I know it's separate and called a spring clip

Edit: Does this look like it? Even though that one is for the intercooler are you sure it will work with the charge pipe?

Pretty sure the throttle body one is larger. But that Is essentially the same thing your looking for.

Well i can't seem to find any spring clip except that one... Anyway you could try to find it since you have ordered one in the past. I need it by next week since that's when the new charge pipe comes and i'm sure my shop hates having my car just sitting there

How did u lose the clip to begin with. I just took my charge pipe out recently and it's hard to lose something like that

I didn't lose it, it blew off. Tuesday I was driving and heard a loud pop. When i pulled over my charge pipe was broken at the spot where the clip was. This isn't my picture but it looked similar to this:

Yea i did order a ER pipe and it'll be here tomorrow... Is there anyway you can find where you got yours and or what part number it was?

Never figured it out cause my shop wound up finding the clip somewhere...
