Coding Behördenfahrzeug Flashing highbeams

Hallo,

Is it possible to Code the "Behördenfahrzeug" and "FL asynchron" to active and working?

On my Car it isnt working, 2008 pre lci with xenon.

On my Friends e65 it is working with flashing Highbeams ans Flashing xenon, but Not on my e90.

Does anybody know what to do? Or is ist only working with Halogen?
