Anyone coded DSC? 'Euro Mode' and ediff disable

I saw a thread about coding DSC to euro-spec someone yonder:

"Euro MDM for less throttle bog / intervention! NCSExpert Required"
Quote:
With NCSExpert change in DSC:

UEBERSTEUERN_MUE_0_2
wert_01 to
wert_00

UEBERSTEUERN_MUE_1_2
wert_02 to
wert_00

UNTERSTEUERSCHWELLE_2
wert_00 to
wert_01

MDYNAMIC_MODE_USA
aktiv to
nicht_aktiv
OP claims less intervention.

Does anyone have experience with this on e90/e92?
I have an 09 e92 and it's receiving a mechanical LSD, I'd love to be able to disable the e-diff garbage afterwards.

MDM is an M3 feature. I don't think it's an option for cars other than the M3.
