Congrats on the fun, new car. I'd suggest following this build thread for some modding ideas - http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6085

Subaru BRZ's are fun car's. We sell a lot of parts for them too. They are really gaining some popularity.

Good luck with it.

Shoot, I'm with the OP.
I'd take a BRZ/FR-S over a 325i any day. Great looks, extremely tune-able/mod-friendly, and from what everyone says it provides a great driving experience.

Congrats OP, post more pics!

should be fun, follow this thread: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16680 11.3 in 1/4. Huge aftermarket support on that platform. Remember to come back and show us what is done to the car.

Thanks for your opinions! I'm not bashing bmw's in anyway. I would obviously choose a 335i over my FRS, but as a student in medical school that's out of the question. The car IS way more fun than the 325/328s I've driven. The low center of gravity of the boxer engine really gives a great driving experience, especially on those turns! I do plan to mod it in the future(turbo/supercharger), but as for now I'm having a blast. I'll eventually own another BMW down the road

Wished you could've stayed BMW haha, but congrats on the FR-S! It's very nimble and quick making it fun. Enjoy it with good health! Come back to BMW soon! And good luck with medical school!
