when i checked the car's feature by entering the VIN at this web site:
http://www.rubmw.ru/vincode/eng/

i was comparing two different cars, and i found an item 'National Version Australia"....
does anyone know what is that?
I am more interested in another car, but that does not have this "National Version Australia.......

It's possible the other car is an import? (i.e a British resident takes up residence in Australia and brings his bmw which is worth $20k AUD in the UK, then arrives in Australia and sells it for $40k)

i thought for all iDrive integrated navigation system function the same navigation worldwide regardless where the car is driven?

L807A, national version Australia is a Australian specific specification that BMW Australia order. If your car doesn't have that then it won't be an Australian delivered car.
