Setup:
2007 335i sedan 6AT 97K miles
vrsf dps
aa sport intercooler
afe dci
cobb ap - Stage 2+Fmic Agg 402 ST
5gals e85 + 11gals 93 w/10%

I started with the aggressive map and ran stage 0 for the last two runs. I was under the assumption that the use of e85 would not negatively affect the other maps, but looking at the dyno it seems that my stage 2 wasn't as high as I've seen on other dyno post. It may be something else like a mechanical issue or just the fact that I have some miles on the car. If you all could look at my dyno and logs and provide input it would be greatly appreciated. Logs 4 and 5 are 3rd gear street pulls I did last week. Thanks

Not an expert by any means but people with same modifications and e85 seem to be running 400+whp and 400++lbs of torque so definetly something up with that

i mad 331/389 with intakes catless downpipes and procede running stage 2 aggressive maps running 93 oct, i thought mine were low too

Your charge air temperatures are through the ROOF! Thats definately killing your power. You should have ran the E30 race maps to really take advantage of the Ethanol content.

Yeah the temps were getting up there, but it didn't seem to effect the stage 0 runs which were done at the end. I wanted to run the e30 map but didn't get a chance to since it was late and the shop was closing. Other thana temps do the timing, boost and wastegate cycles look good?

I gave the logs a quick look over. The logs for the two runs on the dyno have throttle closures, which are reactions to an overboost condition. The street logs you did had no throttle closures, so the overboost condition will probably only exist temporarily as the PID system fine tunes things.

Only problem i see is that your IAT's are high in every log, which is ramping your timing down considerably. If you're running E85, you really need to run the E30 map from Cobb or get protuned to take advantage of this. You're leaving another 30-40whp on the table. Also, based off your baseline, this is a rather low reading dynojet, compared to most dyno numbers we see from the "west coast."
