Angry Turbo faulty

I got a 2008 320d se edition 177bhp my turbo boost seems to kick in at 1400 rpm and sometimes at 3000rpm this aint normal it seems really sluggish sometimes and annoying i really dont know wat this couldd be,

No smoke or whining has anyone had same problem and could anyone help? Plz

Have you had the car read for fault codes?
Is the turbo making any noise?
Sometimes it may not be the turbo and imo some garages are too quick to say its the turbo replacement as its more

It can be related to a pressure converter/map sensor etc

Electronic actuator on this turbo no pressure converter.
They can fail but rare.

Do you have it remapped or a tuning box on?

No aint any noise coming from turbo and aint had it read for fault codes will hve to do as soon as possible,
And no remap or tuning box

I would get it read for codes before looking at replacing parts/turbo
