Help!! 335i E93 exhaust install

Hey guys I need some help I own a 2007 335i e93 and bought and hks exhaust am having trouble with the y brace it won't fit!! What can I do!! If I remove it will it affect the car!! Damage the car!! Anyone have any ideas on what I can do thanks would really appreciate it!!

You should remove it and install the exhaust and then put it back on. I've never done it myself but that's what my exhaust guy did when he installed my afe cat-back.

I've tried to re-install it but doesn't fit.

Any idea on how to make it fit

Take it to a local exhaust shop. Find one that does custom exhaust and let them fab a bracket if necessary it shouldn't cost very much. I would complain to the manufacturer though if its designed for the vehicle.

Thanks!! Well It's an HKS for an E92 so can't complain I've been driving the car around with out the brace not much of a difference!! Can this harm the car in anyway!!

Probably not but you want your exhaust to be ROCK solid. You don't want to be driving and it's wiggling all over the place because it just looks cheap. Spend the extra coin and have a shop fab up a bracket to make it rock solid.

Yea your right cuz it is rattling, hey another question you think completely different subject by I have an ER charge pipe and HKs bov the charge pipe is short an am using the plastic elbow pipe u think I should have them weld the extra elbow pipe on to it?? Or does anyone sell one!?
